I see ad of Harvinder kumar of UP on Google Adsense. on Quikre He said he give approved Non-hosted account. 1.And he also sale me jingling traffic software. he asked me to pay first installment of Rs.4250. & paid it.hen next month he also demand finstallment of Rs.2700, but due to 1 day late he demanded Rs.300 penulty I paid Rs.3000 But later i know that software is free. He charged me RS. 4250 and RS 3000. 2.He demanded fee of adsense approval Rs 1500 & Rs. 5300 for articles. In privacy policy of blog he put his email adress and phone. He just copy-pasted blog. Not put my email and phone. 3. He further said to add site in webmaster toolfor seo he need fee Rs 2000 to paid him. But in actual no webmaster take any fee. I do it freely self after some week. I paid him Rs.2000 4. Yet my account not fully approved. And Harvinder Kumar not receving any calls. or not answering to email.
