I ordered a dress that was advertised as cotton/linen. Upon receipt, it was made of polyester and I insisted that I be able to return it and get a refund. They do not respond for these situations but I finally managed to get an address to send it. Now, they have my money AND their dress. They have been ignoring me (I have made a total of 14 attempts to reach them between facebook and email) since I contacted them to find out what is going on with my refund. Please report them to econsumer.gov so that they can be placed on a list for their deceptive business practices.
