On 26th April 2023 I ordered one Hiwatch 8 series 7 watch from Hotpods on cash on delivery. And I received my order on 29th April 2023 at 11am.
When I opened the box and when I tried to ON the watch it is not happening, so I thought may be due to less charge issue it is not getting on but unfortunately after charging it for an hrs. it is not getting on.
I mailed to their email id but getting no response
The tracking id of the product is 323683402689 and the order id of the product is A37945.
Requesting you to please see the issues and provide the solution.
