I have recently took a flat for rent in plot number – 189, Jawahar Nagar, Moula Ali, Hyderabad, 500040 . Owner name – Arun
The Owner of the house is a physcho. He instead of staying in his house visits my home almost 10 times daily, watching through Windows in tenants house, doesn’t allowing relatives and friends to visit my home.
Increasing rental charges every month he actually increased my rent 50% within 6 months. Which was against agreement made earlier.
The Owner actually harrasing the tenants with the help his local criminals.
He doesn’t provide even a receipt after payment of rent. I request government of Telangana to safe guard people from these kind of Black Money holders.
I request the Corporator of the concerned area to investigate the problem. And take appropriate actions against him.
