It’s really fake website and makes customers fool see the mail which I sent to them after waiting for almost 2 weeks no response yet

As per the website it will be delivered within 10 days but u exceeded that and even no response over customer care numbers
What kind of service u r giving????
I am raising a complaint if it is not delivered today as per ur email.
