Sir, with regards I intend to fetch your kind attention towards the worse customer service of IFB. In fact it was the 31st day of May 2013 when I decided to buy IFB Washing Machine leaving behind the most popular Brand of market like Samsung,LG etc.from M/s Aggrellios & Co. 11B Netaji Subhash Marg Darya Ganj New Delhi-110002 Model Number IFB WM-ELENA AQUA-6 KG. However I was very positive but that was my great mistake because it has changed our life because of worse after sale service where no body is ready to entertain even at Branch Manager level. It gave us problem on the very beginning i.e. first week of its purchase, it was the problem of its door and after a struggle it was ratified. Now on 21/10/2013 a error appeared in the said washing machine and for the same a complaint was registered with its Customer Care on 21/10/2013 vide no. 11693911 with our Customer I.D.- 10259291. On the next day a technician visited and asked us to replace a Part of it and the same was changed on 23/10/2013 but the problem was same ,he was helpless to give any response.
On next day we made a call on 1.16 p.m.and we were told to wait and again when call was made on 4.55 p.m. then we were provided some new no. 9953918129 for rectification of our complaint but still there was no response and we a new number was allotted to struggle with company that was 9350341656 and 9312870744 and that day i.e. 24/10/2013 was passed without any response ant the clothes which were were lying wet in the machine remained there in the wait of company’s blessing. Next day on 25/10//2013 customer care provided us land line numbers of Ghaziabad Branch office -01202833214 and 01202854791 which were found No-Reply and finally we got the number of Branch Manager Mr. Dass (9310301310) with whom contact was made with a great effort and he made us a great fool and till date we are in wait of the response of such responsible person.
Sir, Now I want to know that what is our fault by purchasing said Machine and why were we made fool by company, till date we are following with company. Sir, through this mail I am requesting you not to intimate me the present status because status is now changed at our end and we request you to REFUND OUR FULL AND FINAL AMOUNT OF Rs 22800.00 instead of get it repaired or replaced with new one and this is our RIGHT and we don’t want to take the matter at APPROPRIATE PLATFORM without your consent
