I am writing to request a refund of the money I paid to your institute one month ago. Despite my repeated attempts to follow up, I have not received any response from your end.
To provide you with more specific details, I enrolled in EMPPL on 29th September 2023 and made a payment of 50740 INR. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I am no longer able to proceed with the course. Therefore, it is necessary for me to claim a refund as per the refund policy outlined during my enrollment.
Since the time I initiated the refund process, I have made numerous attempts to contact your institute through emails and phone calls. Regrettably, I have not received any acknowledgment or response regarding the status of my refund. I understand that certain delays may occur, but over the course of the past month, I believe my attempts to reach out have been more than sufficient.
I kindly request that you take immediate action to address this matter and provide me with an update on the status of my refund. It would be greatly appreciated if you could expedite the process and ensure that the refund is processed as soon as possible.
If there are any additional documents or forms that I need to complete, please let me know, and I will promptly provide them. I am hopeful that we can resolve this issue amicably and avoid any further delays or inconveniences. Your assistance in this matter is highly appreciated.
