Hi, I placed an order from India.catier.in on 31st May 2022. After placing the order I got an acknowledgement mail. On 1st June I got another mail that the order is processed. And now in its website it shows order is completed. I have not received any shipping details. Nor of the no. Provided in their website correct. When I called in their contact no. It went to a different person.
Their contact us email is also not working, while trying to send the email I get an error and it says the email can not be sent to the folding address because the remote server is misconfiguration.
I am seeking any shipping information, or refund of my amount. This is really bad experience and malpractice from the India.catier.in
Kindly help me in this regard. I am attaching the order details and the payment details also their website fraudulent information below.
