My name is Sushant Mahajan and I am a student of CA-Final residing in Amritsar. I wanted to join Accounts in Educomp run classes by name of Eten CA. They are telling me if I want to join Acocunts, I need to take up another subject otherwise they won’t let me join.
It was not so until last year end. The faculty is the best available in Amritsar and according to me they are using this to reap profits.
I want to know whether they can do this and restrict our Right to Choose and what can I do in this regard.
I will be eagerly waiting for your opinion.
