indiaflowergiftshop.com – non delivery

I have placed an order with www.indiaflowergiftshop.com for delivery to Saharanpur on the 18th August 2013. But No delivery was made inspite of promises by customer care to get the thing delivered on date by evening. Then when I called the customer care they said that due to heavy rush for Rakhi they were not able to do so, they are sorry for this but will get the amount refunded in 5 to 10 working days, Now even after almost 20 Days when no refund is recieved, I called them again but now they are saying that the poliy is for refund in 25 to 30 days time. The customer care they hace is worst, they dont even listen to the client and put down the phone the moment you tell them about non delivery and try to log a complaint.
