I ordered for watch which is shown in facebook and instagram vide order No.NNEU239726 and received the watch vide retail invoice No. 1134011. I found the watch is not the same as I have ordered. It was a cheap and low quality watch. I returned it on 07/06/2023 through DTDC courier vide their consignment No. H37389993 for replacement of original piece or refund of my money. I did not receive any reply in this regard. Please expedite.
