I paid Rs 2999 on 11th July for Genx Guluxy Smart phone. Till date I have not received any information that the item has been dispatched or arrangements made for a dispatch.
If you are unable to supply the Smart Phone, you immediately arrange for refund of money. Payment reference No 335595672. I am afraid I have made payment by seeing a fake advertisement and message received in my mobile phone.
