Service not providing after taking 2 years AMC for Aquaguard machine

I took the AMC for Aquaguard machine on 06 March 2021 and the filters were replaced on the same day. On 14 April 2021 the machine stopped working and started glowing “Service Call” LED. My entire family fall sick after drinking water from Aquaguard machine on 13 April onwards. I called the 18604251166 helpline number and registered the complaint. The representative told withing 24hrs the technician will visit and resolve the issue. No show from them till 17 April 2021 morning. I have called again on 17 April 2021 and customer care executive repeated the same words that within 24 hrs the technician will reach. I told I have 2 kids and need the service in 2 hrs. Since no response even after 2 hrs again tried to call, they stopped picking my call and tried more than 15 times. At last I got a message that the technician will reach soon bit no show so far. Looks like they are fraud company and cheating customers. I want my money back.
I took AMC for Aquaguard machine thinking the technician is from Aquaguard because in all the calls they mentioned they are from Aquaguard. All filters they replaced are from Aquaguard(as per the hologram). The AMC paper had ION Exacense Pvt Ltd and Aquacare names. I thought Aquagaurd out sourced the service and the AMC paper will be given by that company.
