Compensation for the delay in receiving the unit or flat.
specifics below:

a) Flat was bought and registered on June 12, 2012, at Flant No. 103 Ambrosia Tower (its a 16 story Tower).

b) Full payment received by June 15, 2012

c) The agreed-upon date for flat ownership was 12/6/2013. (after 12 months)

d) On November 15, 2015, the builder released the keys to the apartment without first obtaining an occupancy permit from the appropriate authority (Mira Bhayandar Municipality).
Possession letter was not issued by the builder.
Despite the fact that the structure is a 16-story high rise and requires a fire fighting system, none has been installed.
e) There was a 23-month delay in getting the key.

F) Due to the incompleteness of significant works, the builder has not been able to obtain an occupancy certificate to date.
Since more than ten years have passed, it is illegal to provide an owner a flat key and for them to occupy a building without an occupancy certificate.

h) A lot of complaints have been made against builders for a variety of other projects.
