I placed an order from Cholimarket (Instagram store/website), and after receiving the product, I found that it was not as shown/expected. Due to this, I immediately requested a return and refund.
However, despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and phone calls, there has been no proper response from their side. They are not answering calls and are ignoring emails regarding my return request.
This behavior clearly shows deficiency in service and unfair trade practices. The seller is deliberately avoiding responsibility after delivering the product.

Issue:
• poor quality
• No response to return/refund request
• Ignoring customer communication
I request immediate action against this seller and a full refund of my payment. If this issue is not resolved, I will proceed with filing a formal complaint in Consumer Court and take further legal action.
