I have placed an order on 5 th march from jewelsmars and yesterday, 7 th march i got a call from the customer service ( meera verma) claiming my shipment has a technical issue so that ur product might not receive on time and it got stuck.. so she asked me to reorder again without giving refund and made me pay 3 times more that is 1478rs more. And now she is refusing to refund my account and asking for ₹5000 extra to get refund. Please confirm the details and take immediate action on the order and help me refund my amount. They did not even confirm about the reordering of my product. I have shared the QR CODE IN WHICH THEY ASKED ME TO PAY. Please verify and let me know about this situation. Thank you in advance.
