I had placed an order on 16th March 2025 and received a message the same day that it will be delivered by Shiprocket. It was packed on 17th March 2025 and was scheduled to be packed on the same day but the pick didn’t happen since then and the status was also updated only till 20th March 2025 that pick up didn’t happen. I had called them on 21st and 24th March 2025, but either the phone is switched off, busy or not reachable. I had also mailed then on 22nd March 2025, but no response received till now.
They are not providing any response to any mode of communication and doing fake promotion of their products.
