I had ordered a cotton saree from Joo deal online site on 19.10.2018 which cost 1550. I had received the product on 26.10.2018 surprisingly it was totally different from the saree which was displayed. I had sent a mail to their customer care mail id [email protected] and commented on their fb page also. I had requested them to guide me to return the product and I need refund of amount that I had paid. There was no response from their end and they have blocked me in Facebook restricting me on furthering commenting on their products in Facebook. I had sent reminder mails on 29th and 30 th October but still no response from their end. Kindly resolve my complaint at the earliest .
