jp infratech ltd – non payment of fd maturity proceeds alongwith interest

i have invested in the said company in the name my sister vide fd no:36978 for rs.50000/-. the discharged fdr sent to company was return back intentionally. the principal payment alongwithwith interest has not been received till date and tds if deducted is also not received
