I’ve purchased a product on 13th December 2016 on a online shopping store “Kai Blankets” . But till date I have not received my product. I tried to connect to the customer service through various mails but there was no response from their side. Cash is paid but my product is not received and no response from their side. And their website still seems to be functioning so plz do take the required steps to block the website to prevent others from such incidents. Thanks in advance .
