Two weeks ago, Katra Loan App called and announced their 3000 loan service.
I filled up the application for the same by including all required information (PAN card, aadhaar card, contacts for friends and family).
The app employee then sought 3500 after I had given them 2,000, so I paid them using phonepay on their upi id, but they later informed me that the money had not been received. and requested to pay the renewal charge of 1400 once more.
They have been pestering me to repay the loan in full or they will send improper false images to my contacts and family members and harass them.
They assert that by accessing the information on my Pan card and Aadhaar card, they may make calls to me from various numbers and add me to WhatsApp groups.
I ask the appropriate authority for assistance and pray that they recognise the seriousness of the situation.
