kaunsa.com – not delivering the order or refunding

i have placed my order for NOKIA 808 on 10/8/2013 order id:-KA/153722/2VEWE0QH , and i was following the order status since it is not delivered as per committed on 25/8/2013, and on 30/8/2013 i was informed that due to UN-availability of stock the order will be cancelled and the cash will be refunded through cash voucher which can be used in future and i strongly disagreed for cash voucher and fighted for cash refund till 19/9/2013 and on the same day i was informed the product stock is available and will be shipped in a week time, if it was failed the cancellation will be processed automatically and cash will be refunded,but still date for every call they provide only wrong commitment that product is already shipped or will be shipped in two days and so on. i planning to file a case in Coimbatore consumer court demanding for compensation and to block the site permanently for the welfare of other consumers.
