Kaunsa.com – Order Cancelled, No reply from Kaunsa

I made a online payment and purchased Nokia Lumia 520 for Rs 8865, My scheduled delivery date was 9th Sept. Today is 18th Sept 2013 and am yet to receive the my mobile. I send a mail to Kaunsa.com customer care for cancellation of the order and refund the amount to my credit card after some days.

I have not received any reply from Kaunsa.com either by mail or over phone. I want my money back. I don’t want to buy mobile from Kaunsa.com
