Kitchen18.com – short supplied & PATHETIC RESPONSE

Kitchen18.com short supplied the items on the order and their response time is very poor. They do not reply. The order was for a Handi & a set of tools. They supplied the Handi after 21 days but did not supply the set of tools.
They do not even response to the E mail send to them from their portal. Short supplied item is of small value but it takes a lot of effort to address the issue. Why they do like this.

Hi KITCHEN18 Team,

The order was placed on July 22nd 2013 and reported an damage in transit.
Till now, i never ever heard from you guys even after reported the issue on july last week . Yesterday i called my sister and asked about my gift send through KITCHEN18 and happened to hear a sad reply. The issue is known to KITCHEN18 team and not ready to deliver a new one. She also informed me that the KITCHEN18 team asked to come and collect the new one. If we need to go and collect the new one , then what is the point of online SHOPPING? I could have gone to any other showroom to get one for her. This is really a bad experience from KITCHEN18 and i will make sure with my friends and colleagues not shop anymore with KITCHEN18.com. If you can do something from your side , please act ASAP. Dont you guys have a responsibility for getting delivered a new one?
This shows that KITCHEN18 is not customer oriented and literally irresponsible team i have ever seen.

Thank you for the reply after 4 days..
This was a gift sent to my Sister and she is at Bangalore- India..
I am currently at Kuwait and you want me to get a picture from Bangalore and send it to you.
Why do Guys don’t understand that this is a gift?
Please be sensible and do something.

If you want me to proceed with the photo of the Cookware..
I will make sure to start a post or a Blog for not Ordering any Order Through Kitchen18.com Never as a Gift.
KITCHEN18 is not a place for online shopping for gifting items .
Pathetic support and non sensible response.

Hi,

This is how our system works. Customer has to send a Picture of the product if he/she has any complaints.
Only after which actions are taken.
You just have to click a picture in your phone, attach it in the email and send it to us.
