KVS – Amount debited from debit card,whereas failed transaction showed.

Yesterday i.e.14-03-14 ,I placed an order of Woodland shoes of size 10 ,worth Rs 999/-.The amount was debited from my debit card of Union Bank. But ,I was emailed that transaction failed.Either they should sentd the product or refund the money. Otherwise,I will take the matter to consumer forum.
