Dear Sir/Mam, Generally so far I had a very great opinion about Lalitha Jewellery(Trichy) as I’m a regular customer of Lalitha’s. We purchased a gold chain on 29th Dec’2013 at the time of billing as usual I was asked to pen down my mobile no, address, email-id, signature for billing purpose, and so I did. In the mean time, a Manager/Supervisor (Mr. K.Panneer Selvem ) who introduced himself to us; he got to know that my husband works at Singapore and thereby he stated that Lalitha jewllery’s new showroom is yet to be launched at Singapore very soon and he collected my husband’s mobile no, address, email-id, etc in a form stating that it is for their customer record and now last week (02.02.2014) his daughter P.Rajanandheni has sent her resume asking for job references & for intimation of upcoming vacancies for HR post in Singapore, despite of she is also working in lalitha jewellery, as a HR executive. Being a stanger to us, how comes these people ask for such a help from the customers of Lalitha jewellery. I really consider this as a misuse of their customer records which would really create a black mark about their company among public and it is really a nuisance to the customers. Please take the necessary action and try to avoid such happenings in the forthcoming years. Thankyou.

Dear sir or madam, i placed an order in ur jewellery . My order no is 1612. When i placed an order they told it takes 25 to30 days for delivery . My odered date is 20th september. Now also i didnt get my product . Each and every day i used to make call to ur show room , they saying some reasons continuosly. Pls take action about my order.
