I’ve ordered a pendant online from lavastra.in and they have not provided any information regarding my order or payment. I tried to contact them but they’re not replying any of the massage and not even recieving calls. I’ve paid them full amount via debit card online still they are not responding against my order.
I’m requesting to please take a strict action against them and make them refund my amount of Rs. 559 or deliver my order as soon as possible. My order no. Is LV18974, hope you will convey my problem. I’ve read so many reviews about the website and all are negative saying that the website Is fake and a scam.
