I had ordered 3 dresses on 7 th October 2020 from the website lookpansito. in. One was ordered individually. The other one was a buy 1 get 1 offer. The total of the two transactions amounted to 349× 2=Rs698.After placing the order I received a confirmation via email that the order had been received and that they are processing the order. It is almost a month but haven’t received any order. The website is also down and phone number is switched off. I clearly need a refund for this.
