I have placed an order for a set of 4 bags on 13th jan 2020. I cant trace the status of the order. My oder no is [protected].
I was given the below reply on 19th jan 2020.
I received the reply that their website was having some pricing issues and that i would get the amount refunded to the same account from where payment was made. I have been following up on the said email id but have not received any revert from them.
However till date i have neither received the product nor the refund. Some online shopping portals need to be strictly monitored for any acts of deceiving the customers by collecting such small amounts which may get unnoticed. I need the product.
