Dear Sir/Madam,

We have ordered for Sony Wireless Behind-Neck in Ear Headphone With Bose Wireless Earbuds × 1 and we have received JBL head set. Received wrong item which is of no use to us. And which is already used and sent to us which is of no use.

The product is received form M/s. Krishna Traders, G-17/17, Sector-15, Rohini Ground Floor, Delhi-110089.

Please see the complaint is logged and my amount is refunded.
