I placed order of product online on glamly.com i.e Madame’s online shopping site. As Madame is a renowned brand and I have purchased various products from it’s offline stores so I thought why not purchase one from it’s online store. But the experience has been worst. The amount was deducted from my bank but I have not received confirmation regarding the product. The product has not been delivered. I even tried contacting customer care via email and phone numbers but they are not responding to my emails and not even responding to my queries on phone calls. They are giving vague explanations that all the employees are on holiday and not taking the issue seriously. I would recommend people to not make any purchase through Glamly. It is the worst online website I have ever used. This is the case of complete fraud by Glamly.
