I ordered a book of strenght of materials by r.k.bansal. I paid via internet banking through Paytm. My amount has been debited but there is no confirmation for the same. I checked twice whether I’m mistaken but I am attaching screenshot of paying via paytm. Then I checked in my orders section, I see a message that no orders are placed since account creation. I tried to contact with the customer care and I’d provided but there is no reply even for that too. Later when I check so many people are complaining the same things that the website is fake etc etc. I just searched for a book that costs lesser than other sites as I’m not in a position to buy something costly. Please understand and I request you to please provide refund of 648.
