Hi Team,
i have an insurance policy with Maxlife insurance company and
I am having issue with my policy#382144632, i have been making payments every month before due date since 7 years. i am making the payments online and i have all the evidences for the payments paid towards my premium policy. still i am get stinker messages and mails stating there is an outstanding on my policy. i have called customer care@18002005577 many times, they verify the payments ans say they will arrange a call back which never happened. i have complained multiple times through mail for which i have the ticket numbers.
Below listed are ticket number for reference.

Please help me in this issue.
