Hi, we decided to buy flat in Aradeshnanahalli near airport road, doddaballapur road and paid to Maxworth Rs 03.25,000/- as advance for agreement, in September 2013, later we decided to cancel because after receiving the documents we come to know that is not approved by Biappa, however i applied for cancellation after 6 months that is agreement before one day agreement due date that is 19th MArch 2014, they are not refunding our money now they are postponing till now, and also they told 3-0 to 45 days as per the rules we will refund all given days are completed if i call they will not respond porperly if i put this money in FD for 7 month i must have got minimum of Rs, 50000as interest, now all gone and also they are postponing the refund dates please help me to get at least my capital amount refund. Thanks.
