Recently on myntra shopping app I buyed a urbanic women White and brown printed pure cotton straight leg jeans but I got urbanic shorts rather than jeans.i wanted to exchange the order with other product but when the delivery agent come to collect the wrong product given to mehe said it should be the same product which I wanted to buy and said to consult customer service of the company for approval. The product is in it’s original form, not been used with all the tags and labels on it. I have the bill as well.
