Meesho – even after approval of exchange, product not picked up

I ordered a cotton linen shirt from Meesho, but when it arrived, I discovered that the size was too small.

I therefore asked to be exchanged for a much larger size. Meesho does not pick up my item from my house, even after the exchange is approved. I have also called customer service, but they do not give me a positive response.


How to file a complaint against Meesho?

* Go to page
* Write Meesho in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Meesho.
