I had recived multiple products I ordered from meesho a week back worth rs. 3.5k. I did not like the quality of these products and had placed most of them on return. And forget the track about my return request later. However, today I checked to see why no one has come to pick them up, I could see they are not even on return list. When I am contacting and requesting for help from meesho customer support, they are directly denying and not giving me any exemption since the return window is closed. They are not even providing me with an escalation point of contact. I have used other services, they are more considerate In these matters about their customer. Its about thousands and I am not sure what to do of these products. Kindly help me get the refund.
