As a seller, you are required to share the box opening video and additional photographs, such as the return packing slip and all exterior angles of the product.
As a seller, we frequently receive returned goods from customers that are false or defective.
After evaluating, we submit a ticket to the Meesho support team, but they refuse to accept the claim because the problem wasn’t properly investigated.
Additionally, I am unsure of this but have doubts about the courier’s side.
They might be using our real products instead of the ones we sell, too.
However, the corporation continues to deny our claims for the reasons listed below: “Based on historical statistics, we have seen that the ratio of claims you have filed to refunds has been much higher than levels throughout our entire platform.
We would be unable to process the claim against this order as a result.

We are at a loss as a result.
Possibly a lot of sellers are having trouble.
And, from what I understand, customers as well.
