I have applied for the loan of 20000rs.with this app and they asked for E mandate so I did it successfully but after that my loan was rejected and on 16th August 2022 my account has a debit of 570rs.for NACH which is unfair. I did not received loan amount then how can company deduct ECS? I want my 570rs.back in my account and cancel the E mandate right now.
