Due to Pandemic I bought Zebronics Thunder Bluetooth Headset with Mic – Orange × 1 vide my Order # 50025 dated 22.05.2020 for my daughter on an emergency. The Headset is faulty and Mozelo Customer Care asked me to send the Images and Video in order to arrange for replacement.

After sending requisite details, in spite of several mails and calls to Mozelo Customer care the response was very poor. Finally they are asking me to send back the product on my own instead of replacement by the Company. Instead of charging the supplier, Mozelo team is harassing the Customers.

What a marketing strategy and some one said in a review that Mozelo is “Chor Bazaar” and I agree to it they are real thief doing roguish business.
