I was traveling with MR travels on 12th of November 2019. My ticket booked by make my trip in that they show ac sleeper bus..but in bus my seat ac not working.. even driver behavior was so rude…stop anywhere with in 30minutes where he wish… departure time was 9:45 am and I was reached Mumbai 1:20pm.. mental harassment totally.. they shows lot of facilities but in bus not single facilities proper…I want refund and compensation too..because loss in my business.
