M/s KOHLI PATHOLOGY – fraud and cheet

My Wife is suffring from GALLBLADOR STONE from 2 years and taking a regular treatment by Docter. We have done 3 checkups as ultrasound and in 1st we found 19 mm stone in them and after 1year treatment we done 2nd ultrasound on dt.30.5.13 in M/s KOHLI PATHOLOGY-KANCHAN MARKET,CHOWK,LUCKNOW and found no any stone in them and total report is normel.We all were happy and closed their treatment, but after some days my wife feeling heavy pain again and as per Docter treatment we done again 3rd ultrasound in M/s Modern Pathology-Chowk,Lucknow and found that last ultrasound was wrong, and stone is same position as 22mm, and Docter said us that now its treatment is only operation with immediate effect.
So i want to lodge a complaint againstM/s KOHLI PATHOLOGY-KANCHAN MARKET,CHOWK,LUCKNOW , they has fraud and cheet with us . I am very poor person and having minimum income.
