Mulya shopping Pvt Ltd – Same case with every customer

same story with every customer.This is the height of patience. This kind of services is not expected with M/S Mulyashop. I have fed up with their services. they have wasted my money and time. So i decided to go to consumer Forum. I have called at consumer Forum, They have suggested me, there are various ways to get my money back with penalties. I will definitely file a fraud case against them even though they refund money back.

  1. i have Ordered htc desire z on April 29 2014 ,Payment was Successful and Order Reference Id also created.Money Debited from My credit Card. My Dashboard showing payment successful.I waited 2 month and called to Customer care (0922121220).They are saying Your Order Cancelled.I argue with them that I have payment confirmation details and all Screen Shots of order.Theysaid that Mail those details,we will process your in 7 days.From that day (May 1st) i am calling Everyday to Custmer care and Spending daily Rs.20 to30/- and Half an Hour Time to Customer Care of MulyaShop.Every day they are Saying Cock and bull Stories,but product was not sent.I wait 15 more days.First 15 days they said Your Order was processing wait 2 more days ,2more dayslike that. From last 20days Again they are Saying your order was cancel and your money will refund .I agree to refund ,but they even not refund my money till now.My Credit bill was Generated ,i dont have Money to pay. I spend nearly Rs.700to Customer care and i have to pay credit card bill with Interest amount, and at the time of Order product cost was 7800 but now it is 8500. they are checking customers patience.I dont have patience to call customer care. So i decided to go to Consumer Forum.I have Fed up with their Services.I will defenitly file a fraud case against them even though they refund money .
