I have been having this issue with Mynthra at MILIT, DIAT Khadakwasla, Pune 411025. The delivery guys call me and tell me they don’t have service in this area (which is untrue because several deliveries are being made to the same pin code). They tell me to come to Nanded city to collect my item. This is not feasible for me and is not acceptable when Mythra provides home delivery. I have also checked with some my neighbours and they always receive the package when it is a COD. i have made my payment using my credit card.

This is highly unacceptable and very disappointing to not be able to receive my desired goods on time.
