My name is Sumon Debnath from Kolkata. I am here to inform about the fraudulent activity by KOKO Loans ( Navcarry Tech Private Limited). After downloading the app on first stage I was asked to complete a certification or some sort of verification. After the certification, I get to see that I have an outstanding due amount of Rs 8000 which I have to pay within 6 days. Then I saw that without giving any consent or permission or without providing any details and information, my account got credited with an amount of Rs 4640. When I am trying to contact them on their given mail id, it also didn’t work as it was also a fake mail id. I have mailed to the developer also. When I didn’t got any feedback from them I got assured that it is a scam or fraud. So I have given a complaint to Cyber crime department with all the evidences. I am afraid that my one complaint might get overlooked. So I request to all my fellow friends who are suffering from the same problem to complaint on nearest Police station and cyber police on an immediate basis
