I downloaded the app on 15th February 2022. I just completed doing normal details which are usually needed for checking eligibilty . After completing my details it just showed me that I have Rs 8000 due which I have to pay withing 6 days . And then I saw that they have credited me an amount of Rs 4640. I have already filed a complaint against them. They have credited me Rs 4640 and now they are demanding me Rs 8000 and that also for 6 days. . They are literally threatening me that If I don’t repay them in time then their recovery team will hack my phone and call all my relatives and everyone and will harass them. I have other ongoing loans also with other NBFCs but what KOKO app doing is a total fraud. It is a big scam. When I am asking them about loan details like loan agreement, my signed consent, loan sanction letter, interest rate etc they are telling me that they don’t know anything but I have to repay them Rs 8000. They are not doing this legally or officially. They are only operating through calling and whatsapp. They haven’t provided me any official mail also. I haven’t paid them anything yet. I am ready to return their Rs 4640 but they are also not accepting it. Please anyone help me with it. I think a scam is going on with me.
