Netgain technology: big cheater for employees and for clients too

This complain is against NetGains Technologies Pvt. Ltd. located at Corporate Avenue, Goregoan (E), Mumbai. This company is completely unprofessional and big cheaters. The directors(Mr Rishikesh Somshetty( Big cheater and chamdii too)) always holds last 2 month salary of the employees who wishes to leave the company. Even to release required document, they force the employee to sign unnecessary letter/agreement so that they (employee) aren’t in position to complain about them. They even provide false promises to new joiners and don’t give them appointment letter for 3-4 months.

    I agree with the complaint..he is a big chamdi..make false promises to gals and cheat them.If a person cant behave well then how can he handle a company

    NetGains is an equal employee Opportunity employer. There are so many employees who worked with company for more than 5 years before moving ahead. Employees have moved to companies like CtrlS, Microsoft, Cognizant etc.

    The feedback written is solely to malign the company and its reputation. There is so much of competition to retain talent today between companies that any such tactic will only lead to loss of good employees. Unlike older days it is so easy to get a new job today. One can get a new job in weeks in IT industry, so which employee will stay on.

    NetGains has clients like HDFC, Sharekhan, Angel Broking, SBI Life Insurance, NSDL, Reliance General Insurance, Datamatics etc. Will these client tolerate even for a day if we fail to provide them good service?
