Newly Purchased Panasonic Split A.C. not cooling properly

I have Purchased Panasonic make 1.5 TR Split AC (Model No: CU-TS18PKY) on 26.05.2013 vide Challan no – 646.(attached hereunder) from Great Eastern Appliances. Diamond Hourbar Road, Behala. Kolkata-700 034. Within a day or two it was installed. But from the very beginning the machine was not cooled properly. We have noticed the same to the mechanic came from Panasonic for installation. They have denied any given unjustified excuses. But due to our continuous pressure Panasonic sent other mechanics to see the machine but the fact remains same. Parallaly we have noticed the same & complained through Panasonic Customer care. Our complain nos are, 102491 & 042462. Against our complain Panasonic send a technician to check the machine & as per his opinion the indoor sensor is not working. After few days another technician came and changed the sensor. But the machine remains same cooling problem. Then the technician told another person will come to change the gas. After then till today no body turned up form Panasonic to resolve the issue. Now we don’t have any faith on your service. We have purchased an A.C. of a well-known company like Panasonic but from the very first day it is not working properly. We now request ,either you change the machine by a new one only or return back my hardearned money with interest. We need immediate action from your end otherwise we don’t have any option but to lodge complain through consumer forum / Human rights to get the true justice
