I purchased a watch from online shopping site next level cart and after i recieved the product i found that it is not worth that value ,so i tried to contact them and i found that there is no contact number through which i can contact them and only possible way is to send email to them.
I send long emails to make them understand my problem and they revert back with sir we can replace your product there is no refund policy ,they are lying to a customer.
I have checked the refund policy of there website and its written that one can refund the product.
