This seems to be a fraud company and I would like to alert all NOT TO purchase from this website.
On 5th Nov, 2020, I had ordered a Navy Blue Printed Sleep Wear Set – XL size (SKU: NGB-B55-1) vide Order #3768 for Rs. 634.94 (Rs. 599 _ tax of Rs. 35.94) through their website nightflora.in.
Although I had ordered a Printed Sleep Wear Set, what I have got is a plain blue color set which is nothing like what it looks on the website and is of a sub-standard quality including bad material and stitching and also of a different size than that ordered.

The website only has a customer care email if and no phone number.
I have written to the customer care 3 times on Nov 10th, Nov 12th and Nov 17th, 2020 but have no response yet.
From facebook, I found a customer care number 7975265922 but us keeps ringing.
This seems to be a fraud company and I would like to alert all NOT TO purchase from this website.
I need the company to pick up the return and refund my payment immediately to the original mode of payment.

I have order the 3 dofferent product but they had given me all 3 same products…And they have given the address in dlvry slip and the number which they have given is wrong i am tyring to call from last 2 days but the no is not in use…They are fruad..I dont knw how to file a complain about it..I have paid them through online…
